Plantable place name cards that guests can take home and grow wildflowers.
This floral design was originally hand painted with gouaches. Some of the flowers and bugs include Daffodils, Tulips, Poppies, Alstroemerias, Bluebells, Ladybirds, Small Tortoiseshell butterflies, bumblebees and more.
Suitable for weddings, parties and any special occasions requiring place names.
SIZE AND PAPER
• Printed on 200gsm A7 (folded) biodegradable paper.
Approximate dimensions when folded- 7.4cm x 10.5cm
AVAILABLE AS:
• A SAMPLE: Either left blank or add 1 name with chosen font. (Use personalisation box to add name and font number).
Samples are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. If you require 1st class or special delivery, please contact me after the order has been made. As the upgrades in the checkout are for larger quantities only.
• BLANK place cards for you to handwrite instead.
You will receive a few scrap seed paper to test with different pens.
• PERSONALISED printed names
Please type your guest list and font number in the personalisation box. If there’s not enough space, send me a message via Etsy after you have placed your order.
Quantities of 5 or more are sent with standard Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Tracked 24 and Special delivery (signature required) is available as an upgrade at the checkout.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to double check spelling before submitting as this cannot be changed once I have received the list and have your approval of the proofs (more info below).
But if you do happen to find an error please contact me ASAP.
Please include first names only, however first initial of surname can be added if you have duplicate names. E.g Molly S and Molly D etc...
FONTS
• 4 different fonts to choose from, if you selected “Personalised"
Please refer to the photos for the different fonts available and include the font number in the personalised box or send me a message once you have placed your order. Number 1, 2, 3, or 4.
PROOFS
Once you have made the order. I will send you digital proofs of a few personalised place names to give you an idea of what they will look like. This will be provided within 1-3 days via Etsy messages and the email that was used to purchase the order, so keep an eye on your inbox!
Once you have approved it, they will then be printed.
Turnaround from final approval may vary from 4-10 working days including delivery. Please note delivery delays are out of my hands.
A variety of delivery options can be found at the checkout. Quantities of 5 or more are sent with standard Royal Mail Tracked 48.

INFO ABOUT SEED PAPER
• Instructions on how to plant the seed card is on the back of each place card. Please see the photo for an example. These include a mixture of wildflower seeds.
• How to plant •
Submerge paper in 5mm of water and keep in natural light. The seeds will start sprouting after a few days/weeks. Transfer to a pot with peat free compost and lightly sprinkle more compost on top. Or soak paper in water for 24-48 hours and transfer to compost before the seeds sprout. Water regularly, avoid
letting it dry out and be careful not to overwater. Place in warm temperatures (can be indoors near a window) with sunlight. Ideally plant between March and July.
• Please note that each seeded card is unique with seeds placed in various areas of the card. Printing the design on top will look slightly different on each one but that’s what makes it unique!

Alternatively this design can be printed on 300gsm matte paper if you live outside of GB or if preferred.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days unless stated otherwise. Please note that if you'd like your order to be posted with tracked shipping, you need to ensure that this option is selected at checkout before purchasing (Tracked 24). Please note that 2nd and 1st class delivery does not include tracking.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping times are estimated by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. These delivery times are subject to change and delays in your region. Public holidays and adverse weather conditions can also cause delays. Estimated delivery times do not include our processing time.

Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivered 2-3 working days after dispatch (estimated).

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
To start a return, you can contact me at sofiapapadesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions will be sent to you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is incorrect/faulty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including personalised products (such as custom orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
